Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During product launches, restocks, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping on orders of 2 or more shirts.
Standard shipping rates apply to orders containing 1 shirt. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after your order ships:

United States: 3-7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. GODCHOSE is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
