Refund policy

 ALL SALES FINAL: Because each "Founder” Hoodie is custom-made to order in a limited run of orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind."

• DEFECTS & ERRORS: If your hoodie arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., damaged tapestry, incorrect stitching) or you received the wrong size/item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the funds are committed to production with our manufacturer, and cancellations are no longer possible.

• SHIPPING DELAYS: Refunds are not issued for shipping delays within our stated 4-6 week window.
